Our school holiday programs run during every term break for four-five days (depending upon public holidays). All programs are planned around an environmental theme, include interactive and hands-on activities and are focused on teaching kids about the natural environment and sustainability.
Fire Breathing Dragons
21-25 January, 10am to 12.30pm daily
Summer is the time for surfing, swimming and having fun on holidays, but this time of the year is also the bushfire season. Join the friendly fire breathing dragons near the Garden’s playground to learn how to become bushfire wise.
In addition to the play, treasure hunt and crafts, you’ll be able to meet the firefighting heroes from the Rural Fire Service and get a chance to check out their extraordinary firefighting truck.*

* The Rural Fire Service and their truck may be called away in an emergency.
Activities are suitable for children aged 3 to 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Cost: $13 per child. $24 for family of two or more children.

Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day via debit/credit (except Amex) only from the information desk located south of the playground.
