My account

To access your account:

• Login at  My Library
• At the ID prompt enter the barcode (no spaces) from the back of your library card
• At the PIN prompt enter your PIN no.
• Click Login

Forgotten your PIN no.?

Please ring the Library on 4227 7428, email us or ask a staff member when you next visit the Library. (if you have never changed your pin no. it will be 1234)

When you have logged in the My Details page will open with the following information:

Summary

This page lists your loans, reservations, loan history, overdues and alerts

Personal Details

Click on the personal details tab to see your personal information.  You can change your email address and/or PIN no. on this page

To change your PIN no.

• Enter your new PIN no. in the New Pin box
• Enter your new PIN no. again in the Confirm New Pin box
• Click Update

New Alert Profile

Click on the new alert profile tab if you wish to set up an alert profile

Don't forget to click the Update button if you have made any changes.  If you wish to change any other details bring some identification to the Library and staff will update your record for you.

Remember to click Logout if you are using the public computers in the Library.
