Are you carrying out a development?

Chances are you may need to apply for a Development Application (DA). 

Before preparing a DA you should contact the Customer Service Centre to:

• check whether the proposed development is permissible;
• check whether a DA is required;
• check how the city's planning instruments – plans, codes, controls and policies - affect the proposed development;
• obtain copies of the information necessary to submit a DA, including the DA form and the relevant planning instruments;
• obtain advice on the required DA fees.
