Planning studies


Planning studies are undertaken to inform changes to planning policy direction. 
 
 In recent years, Council has prepared a number of studies looking at issues such as:
  • heritage of coal mines;
  • housing supply;
  • employment and economic development;
  • open space;
  • retail centres.
