Australia Day 2026: What's On

Our Australia Day event is family friendly and alcohol-free. Activities will be held around Wollongong Harbour and our beautiful coastline.

Performance times will be between 5pm – 8.45pm with multiple performances from each act, so make sure you arrive early and enjoy the atmosphere.

Cultural Art Workshops with Yindyamarra Cultural Experience

Families and children are invited to take part in fun, interactive cultural workshops. Create and decorate your own boomerang to take home, or connect deeper into culture through an informative hands-on ochre workshop.

Early childhood staff from the Yindyamarra Cultural Experience team will provide insight into culture throughout each participant’s experience. Children can also enjoy dreaming stories at the yarning mat.

Anita Holiday

One waiter. No staff. Total mayhem. From knife juggling and bottle balancing to bowl flipping and hula hooping, Anita transforms restaurant chaos into a charming circus adventure.

The Great Dave

The Great Dave’s show is about so much more than juggling. From juggling with 3, 4 or 5 clubs, engaging the audience in a hilarious banter or juggling 2 meters high on a unicycle…. Guess that’s why they call him the Great Dave!

Three Cats Jazz Trio

Featuring some of the hippest cats on the Wollongong Jazz scene. The trio is a favourite at the chill cafes and clubs in Wollongong. Led by trumpeter Eric Dunan, the band plays a variety of mellow jazz, bebop, and groovy boogaloos.

Phat Brass

Phat Brass has the energy the brass band world was missing. Their engaging performance brings together pop, jazz, electronic and rock in an atmosphere of powerful, inclusive fun that thrives on an infectious ability to groove.

Roving Lifesavers
