Age friendly 3x3 Walking Program: Group Walk & Introduction

    Tuesday 3 March 2026, 10:00 am – 11:30 am

3×3 Walking Program – Wollongong Seniors Festival

Take a step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle with our FREE 3×3 walking program, delivered as part of the Wollongong Seniors Festival.

3×3 is a friendly, non-competitive walking program designed to support movement, wellbeing, and social connection. Participants complete a 3km walk once a week for 3 weeks, with an age-friendly wellbeing activity following each walk.

The event takes place on 3 consecutive Tuesday mornings:

Each week, participants will walk a 3km loop starting at the Lang Park outdoor gym meeting point, walking to North Wollongong Surf Life Saving Club and returning to Lang Park, followed by a facilitated activity designed to support healthy ageing.
