- A gentle water-based aerobics class designed specifically for seniors.
- Performed in shallow to middle depth water to support the body and provide resistance.
- Benefit: Improve or maintain cardio fitness and muscle tone.

This class is run in an outdoor pool heated to 28 degrees. We recommend wearing supportive swimmers (with rash shirt if available) hat and sunglasses.
