Works undertaken on E3 Land (planting, rubbish removal, fences laneways etc), and E3 Park in accordance with Vegetation Management Plan (VMP), Works Plan & Works Costing.
Provision of stormwater basin and water quality facilities.
Associated maintenance works.
Dedication of land
Transfer of E3 Land and Drainage Land.

DA-2012/405 - Residential subdivision of 89 Lots and 44 attached semi-detached dwelling houses.
Land Application:
Lot 2, DP 582940 and Lot 207, DP 228538, Princes Highway, Bulli
Names of the parties:
Wollongong City Council and Bulli Building Co. Pty Ltd
