Short description of the Planning Agreement:

Monetary contributions

$100,000.00 (subject to indexation) for Botanic Gardens Masterplan Deployment.

$500,000.00 (subject to indexation) for footpath projects in Keiraville.

Provision of works

Upgrade of Kooloobong Ovals, pedestrian crossing, footpaths, and retaining wall.

Installation of 'entry statement' works at both ends of Northfields Avenue.

Upgrade of drainage works in Robsons Road.

Installation of underground power lines and new LED street lighting level.

Dedication of land

Not applicable to this agreement.

Description of the Development:

DA-2017/376 - Riparian corridor works and construction of surface carparking.
