Short description of the Planning Agreement:
Monetary contributions
$30,000.00 for each residential lot (subject to indexation).
Provision of works
Upgrade of Smiths Lane, including a Waterway Crossing.
Water quality pond and stormwater management facilities, including maintenance, monitoring and documenting.
Full design of local park, including passive and active recreation areas (i.e., seats, shade, bubblers, playground equipment, pedestrian, and cyclist connectivity).
Dedication of land
Transfer of Land subject to provision of works.

DA-2011/478 – Residential Subdivision of 65 Lots and associated infrastructure and creek rehabilitation works.
DA-2013/1318 – Residential Subdivision of 111 Lots.

Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6, DP 1169628, Lot 4, DP 1178706, Lot 2, DP 1175865, known as 60 Smiths Lane, Wongawilli
