New Online Self Service Dashboard

Our Online Self Service dashboard is getting a smart new design to make your experience easier and more enjoyable.

From early February 2026 we'll be introducing the new look, which puts the information you need right where you can see it. No more clicking through tiles!

We've made these changes based on your feedback, and how people use the dashboard.

  • Fresh design - a clean, modern look that feels great to use
  • Smarter structure - important information is displayed upfront so you spend less time searching or clicking
  • Recent activity panel - see your latest actions and payments at a glance
  • Helpful links grouped logically - find what you need faster
  • Improved mobile-friendly layout - easily access all features on whatever device you're using.

Dashboard features

You can still use Online Self Service as a guest or registered user. Here's what you'll see depending on how you're using the dashboard.

Why the change?

We’re always looking for ways to make Online Self Service easier and more helpful for you. These changes are being made based on your feedback and a review of how people have been using the dashboard over time.

The old tile-based design meant extra clicks to find what you needed. The new layout lets you see important details straight away.

What's staying the same?

  • All the features you rely on - you can still lodge applications, track requests, make payments and manage your details.
  • No new processes - features are easier to find in the new layout, but everything works the same as before.
  • Your account and saved information - nothing about your login, data and saved information is changing.

Do I need to do anything to get ready for this change?

Nope! Just log in or visit the dashboard as usual. You'll see the new look from early February 2026.
