Family History

Wollongong Memorial Gardens is a great resource if you're researching your family's history.

Our records can give you valuable information about burials or interments, and the date of death. Inscriptions on headstones or plaques also often include details such as date of birth and the names of a person's spouse, children or parents.

For many people, locating and visiting the burial or memorial site of your family members is an important way to establish a feeling of connection, or to pay respect.

If you have a question about our records, or need help finding a family member's interment site at one of our locations, please get in touch with us.
