Council has several off-street car spaces in the city centre that are licenced for people to use on weekdays between 6am and 5pm. Outside those times, these spaces can be used by the general public for free.
Car park licences can be in the name of companies or individuals.

Please note: the permanent parking fee listed below is the cost per month for a parking space. Payment is made monthly by Direct Debit.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing one month's notice in writing.
