Booking FAQs
You can book online for the following activities at our Leisure Centres:
- Group exercise classes
- Active Seniors classes
- Aquarobics classes at Beaton Park Pool.
Read the questions and tips below to get started with online bookings.
If you have a question not covered here, or need help, please email us or call Beaton Park on (02) 4227 7755 or Lakeside on (02) 4227 7600.
Note: all memberships will stay on hold until you choose to re-start with us.
If you're a current or previous member, follow this process to book the first time:
- Click on the link to book at your preferred location:
- Choose an activity, date and time, and click BOOK NOW
- Choose LOG IN WITH CARD NUMBER
- Enter your card number - this is the number on your tag, without MM
- Enter the required details, then click SUBMIT
- Choose a username and password to complete registration.
As an active / current member, you do not need to make any payment to book.
Once you're registered, you just need to enter your username and password each time you book.
Please note, your details must be up to date to complete the online registration. If your details need to be updated, please call one of our Leisure Centres.
If you're not a member, follow this process to book the first time:
- Click on the link to book at your preferred location:
- Choose an activity, date and time, and click BOOK NOW
- Choose NEW REGISTRATION
- Fill in your details and select REGISTER
- Now go ahead and select your activity, then click BOOK NOW
- Complete payment to confirm your booking.
Once you're registered, you just need to enter your username and password each time you book.
Want to skip the payment process? Become a member to book classes without paying each time.
Bookings are available from 24 hours before class start times.
You can make one booking at a time.
Each person booking online must have their own login.
To cancel or change a booking made online, please call the Leisure Centre you were booked for.
Cancellations and refunds are not available online.
You need to check in at reception for all bookings.

We recommend you use Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge when booking online.
If you're using a different browser and having problems, please try to switch to one of the supported browsers listed above.
If you're not going to be able to attend a booked session, please call us before the start of the activity.
For casual (non-member) bookings, refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
Members who don't show up for bookings will be monitored. If you do this repeatedly, your access to bookings may be withdrawn.
