Teen Exercise Classes

Beaton Park offers a wide range of fitness activities suitable for young people aged 12-18 years.

Our 4.30pm classes are convenient for after school training and provide a welcoming and safe environment to exercise. Parents and carers are also invited to participate.

There are a variety of class options including cardio boxing, strength training, cardio and interval training, that will assist in building strength, stability, endurance and injury prevention.

Class Description

  • Cardio Boxing Incorporates pad work, boxing combinations and strength and conditioning exercises. Benefit: Boost fitness and improve hand-eye coordination.
  • Strength Training Exercises to improve strength. Benefit: Build strength, stability, endurance and assist with injury prevention.
  • Dance Fit is a dance inspired cardio and toning designed for fun and fitness. Benefit: Improved cardio fitness and well being.
