A gentle exercise class combining cardio and resistance training, helping those with heart conditions, diabetes, obesity and general health concerns.

A gentle water-based exercise class. Working at a lower intensity and using aerobic moves to improve or maintain cardio fitness and muscle tone. Performed in shallow to middle depth water to support the body and provide resistance.

Please note: Entry allowed 5 minutes before Aquarobics,  no reserving spots. Instructors may move participants for safety/use the full pool for a dynamic program.

With a focus on Qi Gong Shibashi and gentle stretching, this class is designed to improve balance, mobility, cognitive function and wellbeing. Participants will learn and practice an entire Tai Chi sequence, with the addition of mobility and gentle stretching. All exercises can be performed from a seating position if needed.

A gentle and effective way to stretch and strengthen your body using simple yoga poses. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and yoga straps are available to support poses.

Les Mills BodyStep is a fun cardio-based program with a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping movements and incorporates upper and lower body conditioning exercises to achieve that full body workout.

Cardio Boxing is a whole-body workout, building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination. Participants work in pairs using gloves and focus mitts. Classes consist of variable cardio work and boxing techniques. Cotton inners are required and available for purchase at reception.

Les Mills Shape is a blend of Pilates, sculpt and power yoga. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training. Participants should bring along their own mat and strength band to class.
