Collection Services Review: Community Focus Group at Wollongong Library

Have your say about Wollongong City Libraries’ Collections!

We are currently undertaking a review of our collections and are holding a Customer Focus Group where we will be asking the community what they like about our collections (physical and online), and exploring ways in which we can make them even better.

We would be delighted if you could spare 2 hours to give us your ideas on how we can achieve our goal of customer driven, dynamic and sustainable collections – collections that meet the changing needs of our community into the future.

The Focus Group will be conducted by Jan Richards from Jan Richards Consulting. Jan is also available for one-on-one interviews if you are unable to attend a group session or wish to explore specific themes. Please contact us to make an appointment. We look forward to your contribution.
