Rooms for study or hire

We have a range of spaces in our libraries that can be used for study or booked for community activities.

About

Looking for a quiet place to focus? Our study rooms are here to help!

Available in some of our larger libraries, these spaces are perfect for solo study sessions or group work. Best of all, they’re free to use!

Library members can book a study room up to seven days in advance for two hours per day. Need extra time? If no one else has booked the space, you can grab a room on the spot - first come, first served.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Study rooms are designed for learning, not commercial activities.
  • To keep things fair for everyone, you can make one booking a day, up to seven days in advance.
  • Bookings are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you haven’t arrived by then, the room will be released for others to use.
