Comic Gong 2024
The full-day Comic Gong extravaganza returns on Saturday 11 May, 2024.
We'll be welcoming back your favourites including the trade and artist exhibition, live entertainment, cosplay competitions and parades, family activities, plus loads more.
It will be held at locations including Wollongong Library, Art Gallery, Town Hall, Arts Precinct and lower Crown St Mall.

The Backstory
Comic Gong started back in 2013 at Corrimal District Library and Community Centre. In 2014 it moved to Wollongong's city centre, and has kept growing like Giganta ever since!
Over the years we’ve hosted a heap of Comic Gong events, from hands-on cosplay workshops, visiting artist talks and a Cosplay Ball, to our major Comic Gong Festivals attracting over 10,000 visitors to the Wollongong Arts Precinct.
