Trees and Plants
Trees and plants are a valuable part of our city. They give us shade and shelter, improve air quality, and provide a home for native animals and insects.
Council looks after trees and plants in many public areas and oversees rules about trees on private property.
And we’re working to make Wollongong greener through our Urban Greening Strategy.
