Notice of Proposed Licence - The Fraternity Bowling & Recreation Club

Council is proposing to grant a Licence agreement to The Fraternity Bowling & Recreation Club Limited for use to access road parking and bowling green on council reserve located at part of Lot 7 DP 217879 and part of Lot 8 DP 36471, located at Princes Highway Reserve – Princes Highway Fairy Meadow NSW 2519.

The proposed Licence term is 5 Years.

Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to advertise the proposed granting of the Licence as the land is classified as Community Land.

Make a submission

Submissions are sought from the public and should be in writing quoting Council’s reference number LIC-2022/456. Any submissions should be clearly outlined and based on the effect of granting the licence will have on the existing or future use of the Community Land.
