Pensioners may be able to get a discount of up to $250 on their residential rates. To be eligible, you must:

  • Be the owner or spouse of the owner and live at the property, and
  • Hold one of the following:
    • Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)
    • Gold card embossed with TPI (Totally Permanently Incapacitated)
    • Gold card embossed with EDA (Extreme Disablement Adjustment).

If you move house, you will need to re-apply to receive your pensioner discount at your new address.
