This will be different in each case, depending on the animal's situation. Our animals might need care for anything from a couple of weeks to several months or more.

You can foster for as long or short as you like - we appreciate any care you can give. Even if an animal needs longer term fostering, you can choose to foster for a shorter period.

We sometimes also need respite foster carers to look after an animal for a short period if their long-term carer is unavailable (for example, on holiday).
