Wollongong City Council's 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey is now open until Saturday 13 September.
Every two years, we ask our community for feedback on Council's services and facilities. This helps us understand what our residents value, want and need, and informs our future plans.
Who can take the survey
The Community Satisfaction Survey is open to people who are:
- 18 years or older
- Living in the Wollongong City Council area, and have lived here for at least six months
- Not a Wollongong City Council employee or Councillor.
How to take the survey
There are two ways people can take part.

Phone surveys
Taverner Research (on behalf of Council) will be calling randomly selected residents to do the survey by phone.
Please note:
- Taverner staff may ask for some general personal information such as your age and suburb. They will not collect information that will personally identify you. These questions are asked to make sure we're covering a range of people across our city.
- They will not ask for any financial, banking or credit card details.
- Taverner will be calling from (02) 4209 3032.
If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Council.
