Online Services and in person payments will be unavailable (Mon 30 Jun - Tue 1 Jul)

In person payments and Council's Online Self Service portal will be temporarily unavailable while we prepare our systems for the new financial year.

In person payments will be unavailable from 2.45pm, Monday 30 June.

This will impact the Customer Service desk in the Council building and Animal Care Impounding Service payments. In person payments will be available from Tuesday 1 July.

Council's Online Self Service portal will be unavailable from 3pm, Monday 30 June to 7am, Tuesday 1 July.

During that time, all actions through the portal will be unavailable, including:

  • Creating and tracking requests / reports
  • Making applications
  • Paying rates
  • Viewing Development Application information
  • Viewing land and property information
  • Logging into the system or updating your details online.

For access online services, please try again after 7am on Tuesday 1 July.

Our Customer Service team will be available via our main contact line on (02) 4227 7111 between 8.30am - 5pm. For Council related emergencies outside of these hours, please call (02) 4227 7111 and choose option 1 to be put through to our afterhours service.
