Proposed licence for road reserve at Woonona
Council is proposing to grant a renewal of a Licence to Alf Studios Pty Ltd, of section 153 of the Roads Act 1993 located at, on Lot 1 DP 112101, located at 20-22 Ball Steet, Woonona for Disabled Ramp access.
The proposed Licence term is 5 Years.
Pursuant to Division 2 Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993. Council is required to advertise the proposed granting of the Licence as the land is classified as Road Reserve.
Submissions are sought from the public and should be in writing quoting Council’s reference number LSE-2022/54. Any submissions should be clearly outlined and based on the effect of granting the licence will have on the existing or future use of the Community Land.
