Meet Dave and Mel, 'The Green Thumbs'

Dave and Mel love their garden, their chickens and composting. They also know FOGO has a space for all the things they can't use in their garden like dairy, citrus, meat, bones, shellfish and weeds.

Why? Because they know every little bit helps to create a greener tomorrow.

We know there are plenty of people in Wollongong doing great things for the environment by managing a lot of waste on their property by having a compost, worm farm or chickens.

For everything else that can't be used in your garden, we'd love to see it in FOGO. It may seem like you only have a small amount, but it all adds up and is another step towards us reaching Wollongong's net zero emissions target.
