Quiet Space
Bob Peet Studio, Illawarra Performing Arts Centre
11.30am - 4.30pm
Some people struggle with sensory regulation in loud and unpredictable environments such as community events, which can overwhelm them or cause anxiety. The Quiet Space is for people who:
- Need a calm place to take a break
- Feel anxious and overwhelmed by crowds and noise
- Need sensory activities to feel calm
Please note, the Quiet Space is not a kids play area.
