Our Youth Services team work with people aged 12-24 years.  We provide spaces, activities, information and support.

Below are some thing young people can get involved with. You can also follow us on Facebook for updates.

Learn to write computer code and build a website, create an app or a game and explore technology.

Bundaleer Connect

Learn the ins and outs of the music business from industry professionals, including songwriting, producing and performing.

Acting Up
Get involved in theatre sports, drama activities and performance. Gain skills and confidence through fun and interactive activities.

Live Music Recording
A chance for you to perform live, record and film your performance and learn stagecraft, AV skills and more. Equipment provided.

Team Ignite
Boost the music and performance scene for young people in Wollongong. Learn skills in AV production, event management and promotion.

Teenz Connect
Learn new stuff and meet new people. Resume writing, self-care ideas, your rights at work and more. For young people aged 12-18.

Our spaces

We provide programs at different locations.

The Youth Centre is a space where you can hang out, learn new skills, meet new people or express your creativity.

Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions, our rehearsal space and drop-in room are closed until further notice.

Space for hire

Service providers can book space at Wollongong Youth Centre to hold activities for young people. We have a range of spaces for different group sizes and activities.

Trees for the Future artwork competition

We're inviting people aged 12 - 24 years to enter an artwork competition that celebrates trees and the benefits of shady streets. First prize is a $200 Wollongong Central gift card.
