Note: Social functions, weddings, balls, plays, conferences, exhibitions, dances etc are subject to a no alcohol policy.

Preparation and clean up time are charged at half the hourly rate.

Bond

In addition to hire rates, the following bond payments apply. These will be refunded after hire if no damage has occurred.
  • Full or half hall (all users): $300
    A high-risk bond of $600 applies for social functions.
  • Activity Room 1 or 2: $300
  • Training Room or Computer Room: $200
  • Outreach Office: $100

Data projector hire

A data projector can be hired for functions at a flat rate of $10 per booking (for up to 4 hours) or $20 per booking (for more than 4 hours).
