Woonona Rock Pool


 

Set on Collins Point, Woonona Rock Pool has a 50m pool with diving blocks, and an historic pavilion with viewing platform. Even at high tide, this pool is usually a great spot for a swim.

Toilet and change room works

Starting in early November, we will be upgrading the sewer system at Woonona Rock Pool.

During this time, you can still use the pool and facilities. There may be short periods of time when we need to close the toilets and change rooms for works. Please use the available portable toilets onsite or the public toilets at Nicholson Park.

We aim to wrap up works by December 2025 (weather dependent).

Top tips for safe swimming

  1. Supervise children - maintain eye or hand contact at all times
  2. Never swim alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  3. Follow directions of Lifeguards at patrolled pools or beaches
  4. Stay out of the water if there is active thunder or lightning nearby.
