The Duck Creek Catchment area covers parts of Yallah, Marshall Mount , Avondale, Haywards Bay and Dapto.
The Southern Area Floodplain Committee provides advice to Council about issues in the Duck Creek Catchment area.
A Flood Study for this catchment was completed in 2019. The Duck Creek Flood Study (2019) includes the most up to date information, and takes into account recent development in the area. It also considers major developments planned for the area.
