From our Global Kitchen, Food Fair and participating businesses, check out what's on the menu below.
Be sure to bring cash on the day as many food stalls are from authentic local cultural groups and will not have EFTPOS facilities. ATM machines are available in Crown Street Mall.
Global Kitchen
12pm to 6pm, 90 Crown Street and Lower Mall
Step into the cultural kitchen and be inspired! Five signature dishes will be presented by community-based groups for people to watch, learn and taste.
Enjoy cooking demonstrations and workshops on how to make each dish and you may even get a delicious sample to taste at the end! Thanks to a joint project between the groups and local storyteller Lillian Rodrigues-Pang, tabletop cards will dress the site with details about the cultural story behind the dishes.
