Cleaver and Co is run by passionate local butcher Lachy. They're renowned for high quality locally sourced meats, and their house made sausages are hit too!

Lachy shared: " A big THANKS to all our customers old and new for their support through lockdown. The 100+ days presented a lot of different challenges to us from supplier shutdowns to running out of chicken thighs.

Though it’s been hard to be at our best, we are excited to get back in to the swing of things as restrictions ease. A big thanks also goes to our staff - Hayden, Jack, Brayden, Harry and Rob, for putting in the hard yards."
