Pasticceria Massimo Papa

Massimo has been perfecting his recipes for over 45 years, starting his career as a pastry chef from 12 years of age, back in his little home town village in Catania, Sicily. Here's an insight into the business he has established in his new hometown, Wollongong:
“All of our cakes are baked fresh everyday, some of our workers starting as early as 1am (sometimes even earlier!) in order to achieve the freshest and high-quality pastries and desserts. We make pastries, but also a large range of savoury items, biscuits, gelato and coffee, of course! We offer dine in and takeaway, so we can soothe anyone’s savoury or sweet tooth.
"Every year, we host cannoli day, where we have a very special discount on our cannoli for the entire day, an eating competition and more!”
You can find Pasticceria Massimo Papa at 130 Princes Hwy, Fairy Medaow.
