Waste Site Reports
We regularly monitor environmental conditions at our Waste Depot at Kembla Grange, and the old Helensburgh Waste Depot which no longer accepts waste.
These reports help us to meet our legal requirements under the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011.

Whytes Gully Waste Depot
Our waste depot at Reddalls Road, Kembla Grange, operates under the following licence and approvals:
- Environmental Protection Licence 5862 PDF, 12050.63 KB
- Project Approval Section 75J of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 PDF, 11977.29 KB
- Sydney Water consent to discharge industrial trade wastewater PDF, 11102.27 KB

Groundwater at Whytes Gully was monitored quarterly in February, May, August and November. An annual groundwater report was also made in August each year.

Former Helensburgh Waste Depot
This site at Nixons Place, Helensburgh, closed in 2012 and no longer accepts waste. We are working to rehabilitate this site.
Helensburgh Waste Depot is covered by Environmental Protection Licence 5861.
