Council's Development Application Register (DA Register) is a record of all applications processed by Council.

It includes applications that are on exhibition, currently being assessed, and those that have already been determined (approved or refused).

What information is available in the DA Register?

The information available in the DA Register may vary in each case, depending on what stage the application is at or how old it is.

Generally, the following information will be available for each application in the Register:

  • Application type (for example Complying Development or Development Application)
  • Property description and / or affected land (s)
  • A description of the development
  • Lodgement date
  • Accepted date
  • Determination date.

The following documents will also be included for Development Applications if a web-enabled version is available:

  • A copy of the Development Assessment Report
  • A copy of the Notice of Determination.

How to find information not available in the DA Register

If you're looking for application information which isn't available in the DA Register, you may be able to make an Informal Government Information (Public Access) application, or GIPA application, to request the information from Council.

This could include (but is not limited to):

  • Plans, such as the Site Plan and Elevation Plans. Please note, you must be the owner or have the owner's consent to apply for plans.
  • Supporting application documents, provided at Council's discretion. For example:
    • Consultant reports
    • Construction and Occupation Certificates
    • Submissions received on Development Applications
    • Complying Development information.
  • Records of Building Information Certificates. Fees apply, and owner's consent is needed.
