If your development is in the Wollongong City Centre and will be four storeys high or more, your DA will need to include a 3D CAD model of the building. This includes a development application for an existing building that results in a building four storeys or more (for example, adding one new storey to an existing three storey building).
The 3D CAD model may also need to be updated and resubmitted:
- If there are any significant amendments to the design. For example, changes to maximum height or bulk of the building by adding or removing floors and repositioning structures to maintain views or solar access; or
- If this is required as a condition within the Development Application's Notice of Determination.
